Leadership

High on just about everyone’s list is to find meaning, relevance and purposefulness in the work they do. The role of the leader is to shape the organisation toward its desired results. Key to achieving these results is the way leaders navigate the changing world of work by fostering healthy, balanced, imaginative and creative workplace relationships.

Contemporary leaders carry a community responsibility to build emotionally agile organisations that balance results with the way work is done. Workplace leadership is important and so is activated followership. When both are energised the organisation is infused with a passion that extends into the broader community. We design interventions that activate Transformational Leadership practices.

When workplace relationships breakdown they’re often easily written off as “personality clashes” and many of the solutions offered only work with the surface issues. We don’t! We know that when relationships breakdown all of the symptoms are merely signposts that offer an invitation for deeper exploration. So that’s where we focus our work with individuals, leaders and teams.

Our view is that it’s easy to get caught in the cycle of symptoms rather than open to the opportunity to guide people to work deeper and learn more about what drives their behaviours and the choices they make.

Real and sustainable workplace transformation starts with every individual that makes up the workplace. We design, develop and deliver workplace interventions that start with raising this level of conscious awareness...

The Working Spirit

...quite simply, this is a program about being fully alive and congruent to the moments that shape your work day and explores situations that you find difficult to deal with. It moves way beyond traditional workplace communication, conflict resolution and leadership programs.

For leaders, and aspiring leaders, the skill of reflection is one of the most critical (and underused) skills you can develop. Delving into workplace situations that you find challenging and difficult and examining your reactions to them will do more for your leadership development than a mountain of MBA programs!

Leaders are a vital life channel of any organisation and directly influence how people feel about their work. Delivered in a variety of flexible formats, this is a program that calls all leaders to action.
