...coming from a professional singing background and having invested close to a decade of my life into music and performance I found that my desires were beginning to change.

Underneath the focused slog of carving out a career in music I began to recognise that I really wasn’t happy at all in my life.

Sure music fulfilled me to a degree, but when I took that out of the picture, all that was left was a complex history of unfinished emotional business that needed healing.

So I began my own journey of self discovery and healing. My first teacher taught me the joy of connecting to my heart, the power of vulnerability, connection to spirit and self responsibility.

Having been given such great gifts I felt a deep desire to help others free themselves from their own suffering. My counselling training has taught me to lovingly and empathetically hold a space for my clients and support them on their journey.

Quite simply, I love helping people open their hearts to experience more love of self and others and to open their minds and expand their perceptions of themselves and the unlimited possibilities that life offers...

How I work

...I use both counselling and energetic healing techniques. Energetic healing accesses emotional, physical, mental and spiritual blockages that prevent us from living a rich life full of peace, joy and harmony.

It also has the ability to release past life attachments that are still energetically playing out in this life.

I know what it is to suffer and resist change and because of this I understand why people make such choices. Gratefully now, I also understand how to make choices that lead to more joy, love and satisfaction in life.

My mission is to assist those who are ready to remove the shackles of negativity that have held them back from love, joy and peace.

I believe that everyone has a right to experience these divine offerings and it my pleasure to assist with the journey…
