Taught in a unique “retreat” style format, all programs include time spent outdoors exploring your connection with the living world and a one hour personal integration session afterwards to help you to bring your learning into your living.

Our intention is to foster and nurture healthy, passionate and spirited living and community relationships through our life workshops.

Each workshop program is specifically designed to support a deepening inner knowing of your essential self and what you need – your internal ecology – so that you can realise and release your full potential.

The artistry of living well isn’t a divine secret, the energy available to you for living well is unlimited.

True Nature believes that we limit our potential by creating structures to insulate us from the business of being fully present to who we are in the world.

Sometimes we call this structure work, relationships, study or anything else that seems to fit at the time. That’s why we created this beautiful workshop series for you to experience your true nature.

Each of our Personal Development Workshops work with dissolving these structures and contain essential life work for passionate, harmonious and sensual living.

Our sense is the only healing we really need as individuals, and as a community, is to be fully in our own being; to sense and experience ourselves in the magic of our rawness…
